What is newly noteworthy about this “spiral UFO” phenomena?

Is it being used as a platform for AARO damage control, to make up for AARO’s disastrous recent summary report—by now claiming the “spiral UFOs” (and other UFOs by implication) are classified technology, instead of claiming “nothing going on here,” as in the recent, ridiculed AARO report?
