Tuscon – AZ

I’d really like to know what this is. I saw it in downtown Tuscon, AZ at roughly 0230. After being stationary for maybe 10 seconds when I took the picture on my phone, it started moving to the right until it left my field of view. It wasn’t a helicopter or a plane, I know that for a certainty. Made no noise and was extremely bright, I’ve ever seen any vehicle or drone for that matter be that bright, especially at that time of night.
