Captured this a few months ago at a traffic stop in Scottsdale, AZ. I have seen 2 similar UAP videos posted on this forum today 1. From Argentina and 2. From South Africa. IMO looks very similar to this.
When I captured this video I was skeptical and leaned towards it being a balloon but after seeing similar vids idk what to make of it.
