UAP video or photo that didn’t get a lot of attention?

I remember some time ago seeing or reading about a “UAP famous” person (Elizondo maybe?) mention a video (I think – may have been a photo). The person said that the video/photo was accessible to the public (and I think had been for some time) but hadn’t really gotten a lot of attention. They found the video/photo compelling but I don’t think they said why and I know they didn’t specify what video/photo they were referencing at the time of the interview.

Does this ring a bell to anyone? If so, was the media they were referencing ever identified? I did try several searches of the sub and can’t seem to come up with anything.
