Reposting video submission from u/chasing_transits. The user did not post a submission statement so the post was removed. I saved a copy of video before the post was removed. Watch for the white dot visible around 16 seconds in. The dot is visible when relatively zoomed out and further visible when the cameraman zooms in more.

I don’t know anything about the video outside of the title. Given how much optical zoom is required to capture the departure of a rocket, and that the object remained in frame for so long, pre and post zoom, this can not be a bug or a bird.

What do y’all think? Digital artifact? Some sort of IR lense flare? Or just a bonafide UAP?
