As someone who does not live in the United States, I find it extremely frustrating that most efforts toward disclosure seem to focus on pressuring the government(s) to disclose what they may already know.
First of all, (if NHI is real), it is a global issue and this is not a global approach. It is unrealistic to think that any government will put what’s best for the world ahead of what’s best for the country they govern.
Secondly, why should we expect these organizations to start telling the truth now if we claim they have lied about it for so long?
I think the focus of disclosure should be to establish international scientific cooperation to study this issue in an open and transparent way independent of any government control/influence. This can be done alongside what is happening in the US. Also, anything eventually claimed by the US will need to be independently studied/verified to have any credibility anyway. If this independent work happens to find actual evidence of NHI, the US would start to loose control of the narrative, and that would put more pressure on them compared to anything else.
Of course, if the UAP Legislation passes with the “Eminent Domain” section in it, that would mean that any person, business, organization, etc. from the US would need to be excluded from this work in order to keep the US government out of it. Having to handover all material, evidence, and findings of independent research on this issue to the government does not sound like freedom to me.
