Was the Chinese spy ballon and 3 other shoot downs a coordinated effort to get congress to pay attention?

General Glen D. Vanherck, commander of NORAD had been advocating for better airspace detection technologies before the chinese ballon was detected and shot down last January. He then used that event to adjust its radar settings to no longer filter out slow-moving objects particularly the velocity gates, allowing for tracking of slower moving targets at lower altitudes. Within days of this adjustment, we shot 3 objects down in 72 hours. It was all over the news and surely was causing a storm in congress. It accelerated the interests of UAPs in congress and caused immediate classified briefings for various congressmen, by the same people who have been trying to lobby more transparency on the UAP subject. Then a few days ago Mellon mentions how the Airspace threat was the only angle they could take to get congress to pay attention. Makes me wonder what really went on last January. I’m having a hard time believing some “act of god” was put in the lap of UAP advocates at the exact right time. There’s no argument that those shoot downs did not drastically speed up what we’ve witnessed the past 8 months. So where my Brain is going is there are WAY more military personnel who are fed up with the stigma and secrecy and this was a coordinated effort to wake up congress. How they did this I have no idea. But isn’t the timing of those shoot downs and radar adjustments a bit odd? I can’t in good nature come to the conclusion that those shoot downs we indeed just a result of some sort of gift dropped on the lap of UAP advocates considering how hard they’ve pushed for years about the airspace threat. Then Mellon comes out the other day and says this in an interview. I’m I crazy to think there is a much bigger coordinated effort across Military personnel to bring light to this subject???

Maybe someone can shed some more light on more details pertaining to various NORAD leaderships views on UAPs leading up to these events?
