Pine Gap is a satellite surveillance base and Australian Earth station approximately 18 km (11 mi) south-west of the town of Alice Springs, Northern Territory.It is jointly operated by Australia and the United States, and since 1988 it has been officially called the Joint Defence Facility Pine Gap (JDFPG); previously, it was known as Joint Defence Space Research Facility. plays a significant role in supporting the intelligence activities and military operations of the US.

There’s been speculation in popular culture about what goes on at Pine Gap and possible ties to 🛸. For example 1️⃣:

In the novel, The Secret History of Twin Peaks by Mark Frost, President Richard Nixon claims that Pine Gap is actually the site of an underground facility constructed by extraterrestrials.

🔸 Why is Pine Gap relevant to the 🛸 UFO/UAP topic?

While Australia has a long history of 🛸 activity 2️⃣, the Pine Gap base is likely unrelated to 🛸.

However, this video that explores what happens if one tries to venture onto the Pine Gap base–one of 750 US bases located in foreign countries, “scattered across 81 countries, colonies, or territories on every continent except Antarctica”–is a case study of American influence in a foreign country and an example of how secrecy, including 🛸 secrecy, can be maintained on a global level.

David McBride, a whistleblower who exposed war crimes committed in Afghanistan who is currently facing life imprisonment after being forced to plead guilty after his defense was stripped away to preserve “national security” 4️⃣ exiled journalist Julian Assange, currently in solitary confinement after exposing US war crimes 5️⃣ the AUKUS deal, where Australia broke a contract with France to provide Australia with submarines, and is now paying the US $268 billion dollars for nuclear submarines one former Australian prime minister says the country doesn’t need 6️⃣ the 🛸 case of Westall, a mass sighting in daylight at an Australian school where teachers were pressured to remain silent, film footage was confiscated, and personnel resembling American military uniforms were present on the scene soon after the event. 7️⃣

Recently the Australian Department Of Defense said that 8️⃣:

“[Defense does] not have a policy governing the reporting or recording of Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP) by either members of the public or Defence members [and there is] no scientific or other compelling reason to”

And they were caught lying to the Australian Senate about attendance at the FIVE EYES UAP conference in May 2023. 9️⃣
