What does Catastrophic Disclosure look like to you?

In the last few days we have obviously seen a lot of back and forth over the passing of the UAP Disclosure act.

In this back and forth we are getting more leaks and more coverage than we ever have before, we have credible news organizations mentioning the CIA’s recovery program by name etc.

Crazy times!

If the UAP Disclosure Act fails, what does the hard way look like?

We have program names, we can start investigating anyone related, but what else?

Pictures? Locations?
