What is this Bright White Light in the Night Sky?

Silent, bright, solid white light seen traveling East, Southeast across the sky in Ferndale, Michigan at 5:43 pm ET

The object can be seen flying along with a jetliner in the first part of the video and then Jupiter in the last 20 seconds for comparison. Steadily moving, solid bright light that made no sound and seemed lower and slower moving than the jet (which was still audible). Thought at first it might be the ISS or a helicopter but it was too low in the atmosphere to be a satellite/ISS and was absolutely silent.
