What of the US military also reverse engineered alien technological weapons and biosuits and they are simply testing them in Peru/Brazil?

The US military cannot simply test weapons on human subjects here without garnering attention or it becoming a huge scandal. What better place to test than deep in the Amazon in Peru/Brazil where there they can test weapons on on disenfranchised, indigenous people who either will not be believed or will have their stories dismissed as hysterical tales.
