Last time I’ve heard, DOPSR is holding it up and sitting on his article, which he wants published. It was supposed to come out in February.
If AARO is right and there’s no evidence of extraterrestrial life or contact, why doesn’t Grusch just release the op-ed and have his lawyer say “The Pentagon says it doesn’t exist, therefore he has violated no laws by releasing this article”?
