I remember watching this terrifying footage of the the Japan tsunami taken from a NHK World helicopter on the news in 2021.

I kept noticing white lights apparently moving quickly and in different directions to the advancing wave of water. You can see a couple examples of what I mean throughout this video if you look closely, there are probably others but these jumped out.

From the 40s mark there are a couple of darting white orbs, near centre screen moving left:

From the 3:40 mark there are three white orbs moving strangely from the left of the video and move as if in formation up to 4:20 :

They may be birds, but it doesn’t explain how they move imo. At some points the lights seem to almost enter the water or disappear slightly.

Would be interested to hear other peoples thoughts
