Who is the artist? Because this is cracking me up

I have this image saved from forever ago and can’t find the original artist! Can anyone help me out? It looks like a graphic from a rave poster from the 90s or early 2000s and was originally used as the header image for an edition of the Gray Lodge Occult Review in the early 2000s. I’d like to find more of the artist’s work
