It seems like aliens are trying to contact the general population. Maybe it’s because no one is trying to signal them? Has anyone tried to make massive signs on roofs or on hills to tell aliens that we want to meet them and not rely on our government to withhold information about life in the cosmos and advanced civilizations from the public.
