Although media outlets typically avoid UFO-related topics, I was particularly surprised to see that The New York Times completely ignored the UAP Disclosure Act. This is especially notable given the public interest around this topic and the considerable efforts within Congress to actively advance UAP disclosure legislation. Given their reputation and previous well-known UAP article in 2017, the total lack of coverage on the UAP Disclosure Act is unexpected and puzzling.
I am concerned that The New York Times, by not reporting on this legislation, may have inadvertently played a role in undermining the UAP Disclosure Act within the NDAA. Their lack of coverage could have stifled broader public discussion on UAP legislation. Could it be possible that The New York Times is not well-informed about this topic, leading their editorial staff to underestimate the significance and impact of this issue on the United States?
I’m also curious about the potential for a conflict of interest among the editorial staff at The New York Times. Considering their routine access to exclusive information from government sources, it’s reasonable to assume they might have received confidential tips regarding this topic, or even been asked to not cover the UAP Disclosure Act to preserve existing relationships or sources. I would have expected something minimal or even an opinion article, but we got nothing. Thoughts?
