Why isn’t ppl here discussing the Russian Guys than can see cloaked UFO’s?

Sometimes ago i saw a video of a Russian guy that had a piece of Glass recovered from supposedly a UFO Crash and that gave them the ability to see cloaked UFO’s. The videos seemed legit i couldn’t identify any tricks. He also showed how that Glass reacted to an electric impulse (the Glass changed to opaque) it was pretty amazing.

Now they have a channel and hunt UFO’s, they have amazing videos and i still can’t identify any tricks.

Are you aware of it and does anyone have further information?

The Daily Mail Article also referred that the CIA have the ability to see UFO’s while they are still cloaked (sorry Guys i am old school don’t like the term UAP)
