Will the department of energy still be named in the UAP bill?

There is a section that identified how records kept at thr DOE was not accessible via foia and how this information was needed to be released to inform the public. Will this part of the bill stay? What about the requirement to require a timeline for organizing all the found documents for review to be sent to national archives.
