The way I understood it, AARO doesn’t have the required level of clearance in order to find any reverse engineering programs. If that is the case, then what is the point of their existence. Of course their report would state what it does. Why is anyone taking them seriously?
Disregarding that, if they could find evidence, they still would not tell us, it’s classified to the highest level. That report conclusions and their existence seems pointless.
