I ask because if this was the tech we had back in 2007, it would explain the tr3b and how it behaved back in 2008 (that I saw with witnesses)
I’m 100% convinced these run on a form of MHD propulsion.
The part that is weird though is the cracking and bug like behavior observed in the movement but the key is that the buzzing sound? Yeah, I remember feeling that in my brain back in 2008

One of the key parts of the YouTube video that’s hard to read it mentions the Caret program. And the next slide says something like this:
It mentions three key artifacts:
1. The first artifact is considered to be an “anti-gravity generator,” depicted in a figure (which is not visible here), that seems to provide a source of anti-gravity that can be projected and harnessed by other components within the craft. 2. The second two artifacts are curved beam segments, which, when placed within a certain radius of the generator during a specific mode of operation, will allegedly fly into what is presumed to be their relative positions within the original construction of the craft.
