Did anyone here had close encounter of second kind or higher?

So far in research I have come to understanding that people who have experienced such events chose to stay silent because of stigma. Please feel free to share here as I think you will be definitely understood by many.

If anyone had such experience, here are the questions referring to your state of body in that exact time :

How did your logical mind tried to cope? What sort of emotions risen in you? How was your breathing functioning? Was there interference with your bodily motions? (paralysis, levitation) Were you profoundly changed after or was it all like a dream with no heavy burden on your mind?
