My theory about aliens and the Fermi paradox and why we don’t see them everywhere.
My theory is we live in a very imperfect and unusual location for habitability to exist. Maybe life is rarely seen in such a imperfect and dangerous location.. I will call it the hazardous boonies theory.
Maybe aliens are more likely to frequent more stable solar systems with multiple habitable planets with no asteroid belts. Take for example this perfectly uniformed and synchronized solar system with no worries, surprises, or asteroid belt. https://www.bbc.com/news/science-environment-67488931.amp
Maybe they know systems like ours never had a chance for long term survival. We may be in zone to far from the next habitable planet that’s compatible with humans to survive. Like a unlikely oasis in a vast desert. Our solar system had violent past with collisions and earth’s many mass extinctions. We are in a hazard zone and it’s only a matter of time before another mass extinction event Takes place . I think we have just been extremely lucky. The solar system we live in had such a chaotic past . Maybe we weren’t supposed to be here. Yeah so in short maybe we live in the hazardous boonies!
