I remember seeing this one here a couple of years back. Just came across it in my old downloads folder. So a repost, yes, but an interesting one as far as I see it. I do not own the video nor remember any background information whatsoever. My apologies.
There does seem to be a connection of some kind between UAP and lightning storms. Haven’t seen any material like this one for a while though.
