1955 UFO Sighting Over Santa Rosa and the lost Newspaper

I was browsing the NUFORC sightings, I stumbled upon a fascinating UFO encounter that occurred in 1955 over Santa Rosa, California. According to the report, a 100-200 foot UFO, flies over Santa Rosa, past Novato, and towards San Francisco. It was about 1000 feet high, so pretty clearly visible.

What makes this interesting, the Press Democrat papers are MISSING for the days after the sighting. You can check for yourself. The date of the sighting was March 1, 1955. That would make the long Sunday paper article mentioned, March 6, 1955. Almost none of the other dates are missing for that paper, especially a Sunday paper, so where the hell are they?
