4th Dimension Entities with an Orgin from Earth

This scenario seems more and more likely to me each day that passes. There are a number of reasons why I think this is more likely than a number of the theorys that have been put about But if that was the case Why would they choose to only deal with world leaders.?? I think they would treat us all equal and would not leave disclosure to that of a few and comminicate their presence to Earths population as a Whole. That is the bit that gets me stuck every time
