This post is related to some of the statements made by James Lacactzi on weaponized but are not wholly inspired by them. I’ve mused this topic for quite sometime and as this situation progresses I belive this vector of thought is discounted to be less eminent or important than it is. Considering this topic is poignant political tool, if you wish transparency on this issue to have political value in the next election, read on. I plan to tie all this speculation together with my contribution on a plan to action in part 2 and I’m using the quotes below to form a solid connection to UFOs and information that is relevant here.
Opinions aside about these people one thing is clear; and this is my guiding compass for intaking information about this subject is to gauge how credibly a person was engaged in the mechanisms of government to understand how seriously to take their words.
I don’t believe everything these two say but one thing is clear. They were alongside experts, and they got money spent on their efforts that came from the government. That’s enough for me to take some of his statements and speculate upon how these elements are related to reality and try to connect some dots here.
I’m stating my intention clearly twofold, I don’t wish to argue about these characters themselves, I don’t care frankly it’s beyond the scope of this discussion
second I really want to hone this discussion to how we may be getting tossed around by forces we don’t understand.
This is something our society refuses to take seriously as a whole so I think its important to speculate about what were dealing with here. The biggest hangup for most is that NHI are here amoung us now. That being said let’s get the quotes out of the way; the first one that felt like a high level slip was this when he was asked if he believed the phenomenon was a national security threat
“AA program generated gobs of data on UFO capability we generated almost nothing on UFO intent”
The next alluding the the broader meaning of this statement is ;
“it’s not considered a strategic threat but it certainly has to be considered of interest to our national security interests when it shows such an an ongoing um uh fascination with military facilities personnel and Equipment “
Interesting. Within these two statements I suspected a narrative was being formed by his statements and this next quote furthers that idea
“going to Congress would be a red line to me personally cuz I I talk too much I say too much but I purposely cut it off right here”
Okay….. so there’s some outside force that you are more accountable to, other than the government; that’s a more credible threat to him speaking than the government themselves? Is he talking about reprisals fron contractors or NHI here? What agreement about information witheld had to be made for this to happen? It seems to me he’s alluding to the idea that he’s not talking about getting harmed by humans for revealing this information. His fervor to stop here is absolute. A brick wall. It doesn’t feel like a nessicarily human concern. Maybe I’m reading into it too much I thought until he said this
“balance the the idea that a technology can manipulate human perception and even from a long-term perspective manipulate human cultural phenomena as well as you know operate as a machine so you’ve got to you’ve got to hold those two balls in the air and if you’re not capable of doing that you should not be looking at UFOs ”
Okay I’m on to something I thought; he’s alluding to the technological aspect of the phenomenon as being intrinsically connected to an ability to manipulate us, and considers this the critical element of the phenomenon. Maybe you can kinda see where I’m going here but he brings it home with this next quote (Before this he gets all weird and says something like one nugget I have for you is…)
“what is the purpose of the men in black is it to draw draw attention away from the UFO phenomenon or using reverse psychology draw attention to it and the Paranormal”
And it was like a light turned on regarding this situation.
Would america even care the little it does about all of this without the extremely popular men in black movies? If all that kind of content didn’t exist and wasn’t supported by real military assets and locations, would we even be here discussing David Grusch? To reference this specific name, this specific thing is the most important part of the whole interview to me. It was a very deliberate choice. He didnt have to use this language at all; he chose to because in his mind it was a relevant calling. It alludes to my reasoning of why our situation is so messy and complex ;
NHI are on earth conducting surveillance and intelligence operations for their own agendas and there is possibly great diversity in these efforts.
Good, bad and indifferent I’d wager would cover most.
Unique, improbable and opauge is probably the range of their efforts to us.
To them it’s their normal operational capability and they’ve potentially been through this situation multiple times with multiple species.
I began to see what he was saying. I took it as that this phenomenon is doing the same thing we do in an unfamiliar or unfriendly territory; conducting surveillance and intelligence operations in the space you need to know about for your operational security.. he’s basically alluding to the existence of a NHI “intelligence agency” whom the US Government may be cooperating with for a strategic advantage in both of their affairs. They are cooperating in multiple levels presumably to accomplish common goals. This is inherently a species wide political action. One of which may be transparency on this very issue.
NHI themselves may be the hidden hand in ongoing disclosure efforts; and their involvement may have been key to us getting this far at all.
And thus.
We are thrust into galactic politics.
