AARO’s report uses the same old red herring tactic that Kirkpatrick loves: never use the right terminology. “Extraterrestrial” is used 64 times. “Off-world” is used 29 times. Nonhuman intelligence or NHI is used ZERO times.

Think of how near impossible it would be to determine that something is truly extraterrestrial or off-world. The Pentagon knows this so they EXCLUSIVELY use these terms as a straw man. This way they can “tell the truth” over and over with little chance for consequence, even under oath. Their very careful total avoidance of “nonhuman intelligence” gives strong credence that that is exactly what they have determined to be true.
