Blockbusters, not documentaries. With the success of the x files I’d assume there’d be plenty of movies about Roswell, government coverup, reverse engineering, the Cold War, etc. Most blockbusters are about alien invasions (war of the worlds) or attempts to contact (close encounters, contact, arrival), but I’m dying for an Area 51 movie. The lore is well established – do they exist?
As a side note, does anyone know any good movies/docs about the flying saucer craze of the 40s and 50s?
