From the majority of other posts I have seen. Other people claim that S4 is actually embedded into the side of the mountain slightly farther down the lake.

I disagree. I was able to locate S4 towards the top of the lake. Approx 10 hangar doors sit on the lake bed which lines up with the number of craft Lazar saw.
