Blue UFO spotted in Arizona reappears diving into river in Pennsylvania

A blue UFO that was sighted and filmed in Arizona (USA) on March 28 this year has now been seen slowly descending and diving into a river in the city of Philadelphia in Pennsylvania (USA).

This time, what appears to be the same “object” was spotted south of Philadelphia at two different times.
