Cameras can be inside protective glass housing. When the glass is damaged, the dent bends light. The “Jellyfish” is a dent/chip in the glass of the housing. When the camera zooms out, the dent becomes small because the camera captures more of the housing. These are not UFOs, they are dents in glass.
