At first I thought this was a meteor until something strange happened. It first appeared as a hazy white dot that moved across the sky pretty fast considering how far away it seemed. But if you look at 0:22 in the video the object appears to stop suddenly while the haze surrounding it seemed to keep moving forward. The object then seems to start moving back the way it came before slowly disappearing into a puff of that haze.
Can anyone explain what this might be?
