If I was a navy pilot and I saw a tic-tac ufo, I would point a laser at it and send a “hello” message in a Morse code.
But seriously: apparently there are lots of UAPs reports by army personel, radar operators, pilots etc. Isn’t it logical to at least try reaching out in any way we, humans, are able to?
If they are here, they know that we know. And there’s a good chance they already know a whole lot about us, including the language.
