Im listening to the latest Need to Know Podcast – Ross Coulthart and Bryce Zabel are discussing the various types of disclosure happening right now and are contemplating some more that could happen, eapecially kegally through the courts – one specific type that I found interesting and havent read/heard about is that its illegal for publicly traded companies to hide physical items (like craft and other recovered nhi materials which would be considered the most financially valuable assets in the world) from their stock holders. If Lockheed is sitting on tech from another galaxy their stock proce should be a lot higher than it is. So stock holders that sell their shares without this knowledge are getting fucked. I think this will be one of the ways that disclosure happens in the courts. Its boring and beuricratic enough that it makes sense.
