So after reading the daily mail article about UFOs I did a duckduckgo search for cia and OGA and this article from wired was one of the results. It’s very interesting in that the author attributes OGA to mean “other government agency” because they don’t know what these references actually are. However, with the new information from the goodtrouble show regarding UFO retrieval by OGA I think it’s worth revisiting this article and the info. From just the article it sounds like the OGA is actually the office of global access.
