Doesnt the fact that the CIA has a secret ufo retrieval office prove that AARO is a facade?

Or am i missing something?

I don’t understand US politics or how all these offices are held or work together, but shouldn’t Pentagon know if the CIA has the newly revealed ufo retrieval office and therefore the only reason AARO was created was to obfuscate ?

To me that speaks even more for passing the schumer amendment, since something is even more clearly being hidden
