Don’t get your hopes up on a Presidental disclosure address this year..

It’d be an absolute disaster for the US in an election year, especially as polarised political climate & election as this. If Pres. Biden would make the Speech about UFO’s, Trump or any other political opponent would surely interpret this as “old Biden totally lost his mind” for political advantage and this would be catastrophic for the society where half the country would not believe the President on this very serious matter with huge consequences.

Also 2024 is an election super year everywhere in the world which would also make political situations extremely crazy all over the world… could even trigger WW3 unintentionally.

If the Speech ever happens my best bet would be around 2025 Spring when the dust settles on the political front in the US or rather when the Ukraine issue is solved in some way because the current three great powers US/China/Russia must coordinate very closely on this issue and it’s almost impossible now when there is an active proxy war situation between them..
