Doubtful that the jellyfish UAP is a human/humanoid with a jet pack based on this screenshot.

I’ve been looking at all the great clips and stabilizing that has been posted, and noticed that when it goes white and passes in front of a black background, the “legs” get too weird, leading me to think it’s not a guy in a jetpack. I don’t know anything about how these cameras work or compression whatever, so if I’m talking out of my ass, please remove the post. I don’t want to be muddying the waters with bad info if I’m wrong.
