Glowing orange object over Ontario, CA USA

I took a red eye flight out of Ontario airport on 6/19/2024 at 3am. Shortly after the plane took off westward and started to turn north I looked out my window to see a giant orange object in the dead of the night. At first I thought it was a an outdoor amphitheater that had a concert going on but that made no sense as it was appearing above the clouds. I didn’t have much time as this object had come into view because the plane was turning so I got a 1x zoom blurry photo that shows it above the clouds – and a 10x zoom semi blurred photo of the shape. With my naked eye the object was smooth and bulbous, and had a very apparent orange color.

If it was something in the LA area then that’s fair, I just couldn’t find any immediate explanation for this. I also don’t know how far away it was, but at least 2 Mike’s, and it was very large, about the size of a concert stadium.
