If Grusch set out to encourage disclosure hasn’t he accomplished his goal with the very likely passing of the NDAA written by Chuck Schumer? It will be part of American law that this information must be disclosed to congress and if possible the public, barring any national security concerns.

We’ll see how it all plays out once it becomes law but it seems like he accomplished his goal very quickly.
