How could the alleged ‘agreements’ with NHI actually take place & what are the implications?

Details regarding supposed ‘agreements’ with NHI have been pretty vague so far, and it seems to be a subject that’s particularly sensitive whenever it’s brought up with the current crop of whistle-blowers and commentators.

If it’s true that agreements have been made, then what might these agreements look like and what are the possible implications?

For example, officials attending an air base to talk with an NHI survivor from a crash retrieval is one thing, but for all we know, the NHI could be materialising themselves inside the president’s bedroom at night and having ‘the conversion’ on their own terms.

Also, how are these agreements transmitted back to the wider NHI population? Are officials interacting with individual NHI ‘ambassadors’ that have free movement to and from earth, or are we able to communicate back to them remotely? Or are the NHI crash survivors still in contact with their peers?

What might be the substance of such agreements? Are they sinister or benign?

There are so many questions with very few answers – hopefully someone here has done some digging and might have a few ideas…
