I live this sub, and I am a believer but often times I find myself scared and paranoid that aliens are out there

Anyone else get a little scared or freaked out thinking about aliens? I read this sub every night, as it captivates me, but if I hear the slightest noise outside my window…. I’m immediately like omg aliens. Anyone have any advice on how to deal with this? Am I the only one who is excited but also has a fear?
