Jason sands, the most recent whistleblower to come forward has already faced scrutiny and scepticism regarding his recent claims. He hasn’t really helped himself when claiming more than once to be part of a program, only to have to correct himself or backtrack. This could be a genuine mistake or he could be showing signs of cracks in his story. Either way, I think we should be careful how we handle this as a community. If he is a genuine whistleblower who has made a couple of errors in his statements and we start discrediting him at this stage, it could prevent other whistleblowers from wanting to come forward, a win for the DOD. I recently deleted a post questioning his claims of being part of the “20 and Back Program” a story that Corey Goode admitted in court that he made up. A user commented on the post stating that Sands later said he made that comment in error (I couldn’t verify this personally). Regardless, I decided to delete the post because I was concerned that if it was a genuine mistake, I wasn’t helping his cause as a whistleblower. I am hopeful that he is the real deal, however I am also open to the possibility that he could be a grifter, or part of a government campaign to discredit and ridicule future whistleblowers. In the mean time, I think we should tread carefully and see what else this guy has to say before destroying his credibility.
