If the disclosure bill is fatally flawed, or completely gutted, we need all disclosure people in Congress to withdraw support and kill it

I have had this happen before on legislation. You have two options:

1) Take what you can get and come back next year and try again with understanding it may take many years before you can gather support for something like this again, or

2) Completely withdraw all support and kill the shitty bill when it hits the floor and promise to return next year and that there will be a real cost for those that screwed you.

I haven’t read all the changes yet, but if it’s really gutted then I would strongly suggest that the sponsors withdraw all support and kill the bill. Otherwise they will say they already passed a bill and you will be past 2027 before you get another shot.

Next year is an election year which complicates this matter but it will make a great issue in the presidential race so let it ride.

And immediately after the bill is killed, start with the lawsuit and releases. Make them pay.
