Is this a Fringe theory?

I have a theory that all life in the universe probably figures out nuclear fusion, whether they use it for peace or war that’s the Great Filter.

That’s why we see nothing in space, everything has either nuked themselves or figured out higher dimensional travel.

We have some sort of record or account of ufos being here for a long time, maybe an extraterrestrial life form fled to earth for what ever reason, recognised how good earth is, installed a guardian program to prevent is total annihilation, tried to restart their civilisation with proto-humans, but unfortunately corruption and catastrophic events forced another reset.

Then Humans repopulate the earth with some carrying genetic traits of the prior civilisation. The survivors of that lost species is trying to get humans back up to speed, we understand for a bit, they die off and over time ego and corruption set in. Priests and the like use that knowledge for personal gain, religion and its hierarchy is used to control information and the masses.

Pre Ww2 we know Germans were deep into the occult, there’s reports of them searching for a lost advanced civilisation that they’re true descendants of. Ww2 roles round and the search is abandoned,

Germans set up shop in Africa, find old ufo tech, can’t fully reverse engineer it due to being in war time.

America and Russia are the main powers to defeat Germany, yanks get in first and find out about ufo research, they bring it back to the states along with the scientists working on it.

A test flight goes wrong and crashes, the us government don’t want their enemies to know.

From there on it’s been a war of conscience and mind, good vs bad, wrong vs right, heaven vs hell, light vs dark.

Again it’s all a theory, I don’t know if any of this is true, it’s just me joining some dots.
