Jelly fish UFO is most likely just balloons 🎈

The video most likely shows balloons, I also find it weird that who ever shared the videos with Jeremy failed to share the important clip where it enters and exits the water and speeds away, either Jeremy has been mislead or someone is pranking him. Remember this would not be the first time gov officials spread fake info on UFOs and aliens. It’s very possible he has a bad source.
