After the recent release of the AARO UAP report, some reporters have questioned why the Pentagon has repeatedly denied proof of UAP whilst simultaneously setting up programs to study them. There have also been questions regarding a program that was allegedly created specifically to recover and reverse engineer UAP. This program was called KONA BLUE and you can find the details of AAROs Investigation into this program on pages 34-35 of the report. I would recommend having a read of this and would love to hear other opinions on what was written.
A few details I found interesting:
Advocates of program made a proposal to the DHS to restart UAP investigations and paranormal research including human consciousness anomalies.
Advocates of the program were convinced that the US Government were hiding UAP technologies.
The program would have been structured where it could be monitored by congressional oversight committees.
