These were not planes .. Two very bright lights in tandem and the back one gave off sparks and changed direction moving east away from the other. The one staying on course went dark and the second moved back west when a new one appeared and they moved in formation below my line of sight still going west and very bright.. the first photo was taken as they separated going opposite directions and the second photo is of the eastbound one coming back west and gave off a plume of sparks after that photo I attempted to video but it only taped for 1 second when I was filming 5-10 seconds . I have lived in the same house for 30 years close to Luke AFB and know what jets and flares look like.. besides the liability of them dropping flares here in the extremely dry desert would be very negligent. I shot the 1st 2 pics on my I phone then tried the video but it didn’t work and the fact that these weren’t Live Photos is also weird I always have that on.. and no it isn’t star link this time….and Luke is due west and these were south east.
