Logical Conclusion(s)

Just as a point of departure, let’s refer to the Tic Tac UAP footage and try to narrow down particular questions to their logical conclusions. For example, here we have a craft behaving in a manner not yet explainable with modern science observed in a fairly irrefutable manner. If we take just that detail, I think the only remaining questions are where this craft is from. As far as I can tell there are really only three possible answers: it’s non-human intelligence (either from an intelligence away from Earth or from an intelligence present here, or from human sources). Now, can we really conceptualize any possibility where human beings have secretly advanced this far and we just don’t know how or who? And if the source of the craft is a non-human intelligence here on Earth (e.g. ocean dwelling beings, more advanced or evolved sapiens, etc.), how does that really make sense? I can’t wrap my head around how and why a superior Earth bound species with unfathomable technology would desire to stay hidden while human beings destroy themselves and the planet. Any ideas on why that would be? If they have technology on this level any sort of fear or aversion to human beings is out of the question. Personally, a non-human intelligence very nearly seems to be the most logical conclusions, which leads to other assumptions, such as the real existence of interstellar or inter dimensional travel as a necessary conclusion. Any thoughts? I understand that logical conclusions aren’t necessarily facts.
