About 3 months ago there was a video posted here; an interview that contained several other video clips. It was a guy who had received a scholarship from the air force for building a rocket. He shared a few experiences from his 25-30 career as an engineer who worked for the government or worked with the govt. In this video, he describes a damaged ufo engine that had a metallic skin that illuminated where he touched it. He suspected it was controlled telepathically because there were no connectons or circuitry, etc. Ive tried everything I can think of to find this video, no success.
